2025 No-Tax-Increase Bond Proposal
Welcome, Sault Area Community!
Thank you for your enduring support of Sault Area Public Schools. Our community’s commitment to educational excellence is what allows us to provide quality learning experiences for every student.
As we prepare for our school consolidation transition from five buildings to three for the 2025-26 school year, we are grateful for your partnership in creating more efficient, sustainable educational environments.
The upcoming August 5th bond proposal represents an opportunity to maintain current funding levels without raising tax rates while addressing critical facility needs. Your continued trust and engagement make it possible for us to overcome challenges like our recent middle school roof collapse while keeping our focus on student success.
We look forward to working together as we enhance our “Home of Learning” for generations to come.

If approved, the bond will provide critical funding to:

Upgrade aging school facilities, including locker rooms, classrooms, bathrooms, and multipurpose spaces
-
Enhance student safety and emergency systems with modern technology
-
Transform outdated areas into modern learning environments that support hands-on, hybrid, and future-focused education
