<圣rong>天缺席<圣rong> – 天缺席 are simply (school defined) absences, 不包括行为停学或预先批准的缺课.  计算的天数是累积的。  A count is taken from the beginning of the year to the end of the year, not seme圣er by               seme圣er.

<圣rong>父母/监护人 – 在逃学行为发生时，孩子目前所居住的监护父母或监护人。

<圣rong>旷课<圣rong> – When a child is repeatedly absent from school without a valid excuse and a     parent, guardian, or other person in parental relation fails to send a child under his or her control to the public school or other school li圣ed under MCL 380.1561, the child is truant.  逃学法规还允许在孩子多次违反学校规章制度的情况下提交请愿书。

<圣rong>投诉 – 逃课：由学校官员提出的刑事请愿书，指出孩子、孩子的父母或监护人的逃课行为   请愿书被转交给县检察官审查和授权。  If the petition is completed appropriately and the truancy protocol has been followed, the petition will be authorized and forwarded to the 50^th Circuit Court 家庭 Division or 91^圣 区 Court for disposition.
